Site specific Video installation in Calgary’s +15 walk-way. Theatrical black curtains block off the entire window except for an opening to a small black tunnel receding back in to the window space. At the end of the tunnel there is a small TV screen. It is playing 45 minute long video footage of the Sri Lankan sea shore shot from a fast moving car slowed down to 10th of it’s original speed allowing each frame to be fully comprehensible. There is no sound. |
